His key contributions include managing the feasibility studies for large-scale master planned luxury resort destinations backed by a significant sovereign wealth fund. Currently, Nicolas oversees the execution of greenfield and brownfield hospitality and tourism feasibility studies, operator search and selection, and strategic development advisory projects. Nicolas holds an MBA (Distinction) and a Master's in Business Analytics and has developed broad expertise in MENA commercial real estate advisory, covering hotels, serviced apartments, residential, spa & wellness, golf, marina and yachting, retail, arts & culture, and leisure assets.
