Gary established LVL Wellbeing in 2018 as a direct consequence of burning out and losing sight of his own wellbeing. Rather than try to turn his wellbeing around step-by-step, he took a radical leap, exiting his previous business (that he founded in 2009) and started a new journey that pursued the improved prioritisation of wellbeing. The LVL platform is an app-first offering designed for the modern ways of working. LVL is sold to enterprise organisations to give their employees the tools they need to prioritise their wellbeing during the work day, based on their individual wellbeing needs. The LVL offering has evolved to supporting enterprise organisations in making their physical space (offices) future ready, by leveraging the LVL app to create digitally powered wellbeing studios. LVL currently has digital wellbeing studios in Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah & at the Ministries Complex, Abu Dhabi. Gary recently led LVL’s successful Series A investment round, led by Abu Dhabi’s Multiply Group, listed on the ADX.
