With over 17 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Aaron has helped redefine how gyms and fitness professionals collaborate to deliver truly thriving personal training services.
After serving in the armed forces, Aaron transitioned into the fitness sector as a personal trainer with Fitness First. His career evolved quickly, from self-employed PT in Norfolk to Co-Owner and Director; a journey that mirrors YOUR Personal Training’s core philosophy: championing opportunity, ownership and excellence at every level.
Aaron is recognised as a passionate and strategic leader whose expertise spans personal training, operational management and entrepreneurship. He partners with gym operators across the UK and internationally to help them overcome some of their biggest hurdles, from optimising PT service models and solving complex staffing challenges, to designing impactful education and development pathways.
Known for his commitment to quality and growth, Aaron thrives in environments where vision and action unite. His approach is always collaborative and hands-on, whether he’s guiding a PT through career transitions or advising multi-site gym operators on sustainable growth strategies.
Well-versed in topics such as the future of the fitness workforce, scaling service-based business models, bridging the gap between education and employability, leadership without overreach, strategic brand partnerships, and advanced problem-solving, Aaron is a regular contributor to industry conversations.
